I recently dined at PAN:AM and, unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. The service was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We had to wait far too long for our food, and even more frustratingly, to settle our bill. When our coffees finally arrived, they were cold, and the servers didn’t seem concerned or willing to make it right.
The staff lacked friendliness and weren’t accommodating when we expressed our dissatisfaction. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than welcomed customers.
