We were placed here due to being bumped off our flight. We did not pick the hotel. The food (dinner and breakfast) pretty bleh, meh,eh. For dinner, quesadillas that were nasty, chicken had a lot of cartlige and fat. For breakfast, the chilaquiles were gross. No sazòn whatsoever. Upon sitting down, I was asked if I wanted anything to drink, so i ordered a coffee. The waitress NEVER showed up again, nor did anyone stop at my table to see if I needed any service. I'm glad I didn't pay for this hotel. Hallways are really boring. No artwork. It was almost scary at night. Would not recommend. They did have warm showers, so...
