Tlayudas Dos cielos — Restaurant in Oaxaca

First time trying tlayudas and it did not disappoint. It was super tasty and served very hot off the grill. The maíz tortilla was super crunchy just how I like my tortillas and the variety of salsas plus the fresh ingredients made it all worth the wait. LOVE this place so so much. I lived close by and came here pretty much every week for 3 months so it holds a special place in my heart. It can be a bit slow when they're busy, and it's maybe a tad more pricey than your average non-tourity spot. MAL SERVICIO.

He sido cliente desde que estaban en la otra ubicación. Pero eso es lo malo cuando un negocio crece y ya no prestan atención a los detalles.

La última vez que fuimos, los meseros echado cotorreo entre los de cocina. Tuvimos que pararnos nosotros por la carta. Nadie nos dio la bienvenida. Ni nos tomaron la orden, tuvimos que llamarlos 10 minutos después para que nos levantaran el pedido.

No nos pasaron nuestras bebidas, ni nos pusieron las salsas en la mesa. Cuando salió nuestra orden se habían confundido de comanda y no sabían a dónde mandar nuestros tacos. Tuvieron nuestros tacos en la mesa de servicio como 6 minutos (obvio los tacos llegaron fríos a la mesa). Los regresamos.

Ya de por si le han bajado a la calidad de su producto, los frijoles no saben ni el quesillo. Sus salsas están medio pasables. Pero ahora el servicio es pésimo. Ojalá tengan la iniciativa de ponerle atención a los detalles … no solo por tener un negocio grande significa que solo va...
