Wings Army — Restaurant in Oaxaca

If I could post 0 stars I would. Don’t let the potential look of American wing store deceive you. This is by far the longest I’ve ever waited for food in my life everytime I’ve gone.

The boneless wings are sauced well, but it comes at a cost….your time. Service is horrible and slow. Expect for your food to take well over an hour to receive.

If the specials look appealing to you think again. There “all you can eat wings” is the worst part of the whole place. You think it’s great, until you realize you get one Order of 3 wings at a time, and each order you place takes 40-1 hour to receive. If you want your moneys worth plan to be there for well over 3 hours to get potentially 12 wings.

I wish this place was better run, it could be amazing but the staff and cooking staff ruin the experience. We Won’t be back, nor would we ever recommend… unless you like 3...

I am very, very, very disappointed with the restaurant tonight! I come here quite often because I like their chicken burgers, hamburgers, and sometimes drinks. This is the third time I’ve come here and they had absolutely almost nothing to offer! No Honey Mustard Ribs, No hamburgers! No chicken burgers! No onion rings! No chicken bowls, no rice bowls and no steak bowls!!! They were even out of the Orange Drink I always order!!! What was even more disappointing but it was the first time I brought three of my students here as a treat after the fair to eat, and I cannot believe how embarrassing it was when everything they asked order they did not have. El mayor problema de este lugar es su servicio o al menos en mi visita fue lo que noté. Mientras unos corren para atender a los comensales, otros están recargados platicando o checando su teléfono. Asiste en compañía de dos personas, llegamos y nos llevaron la carta de inmediato, hasta ahí todo bien, pero después fue un caos, no supieron como tomarnos la orden, dando a notar que la señorita que nos estaba atendiendo no se sabía ni la carta, cosa que para un mesero es más que indispensable y OBLIGATORIO. Solicitamos tres diferentes opciones de alimentos que nos ofrecían en su carta, uno de los cuales consistía en comer todas las alitas o Boneless que pudieras por cierto precio. El problema fue que de entrada ordenamos alitas y nos llevaron Boneless, después los alimentos que faltaban los metieron a otra mesa y al darse cuenta de su error los retiraron, le dieron la vuelta y me los llevaron a mi mesa, hasta ahi no queria hacer ningun escandalo, al final ya tenia mis alimentos y comence a comerlos. El tema ocurrió después, a la mesera se le solicito catsup y solo dijo "ah si espéreme". Jamás fue para preguntar cómo iba el servicio o si acaso necesitábamos algo más. La promoción del día terminaron por cancelarla pues solamente nos habían servido una orden de Boneless al principio, jamás llegaron las alitas que solicitamos y eso junto con el ambiente que genera la falta de capacitación y supervisión del lugar terminaron por hartar nos. Pagamos la cuenta, no dejamos servicio obviamente y estoy seguro de que no volvería a ese lugar aunque fuera el único abierto en todo Puerto Escondido. Que triste que una restaurante de cadena o franquicia como quiera que lo consideren, arriesgue su reputación por personal así. Vamos seamos honestos, las alitas les llegan ya precocidas y congeladas, la única función que tienen es meterlas a freír y aún así las mandan duras, señal de que su tiempo de cocción fue demasiado o que no hubo un buen proceso de descongelamiento, perdiendo así la cadena de frío. En fin, no recomendaria el lugar, al menos...
