Best carbonara I've ever had in my life! Pasta is amazing, service is exceptional. They don't miss a thing. Only complaint is that while the restaurant is beautiful, tastefully decorated and welcoming, it is hotter than hell. Be prepared to sweat a lot. I would 100% recommend this restaurant. We ate there twice and probably would have 5 times if we could.

It’s the second best food in the Paradisus Hotel, after Mole. But the service doesn’t have the basic training. - I ordered a starter, pasta, and meat. They brought the pasta and the meat together - the red wine cabernet sauvignon is cold like beer!!! 😰 And the deserts are not good 👎

Service was amazing, the server was knowledgeable, kind, even kept us informed when there was a delay in our order. The food had really good flavor, but unfortunately the pannacotta had a bit too much gelatin. The COSTOLA di Manzo was Yum!
