I recently dined at Fuego restaurant, and my overall experience was a 4-star one. The highlights of the meal were the SALMON CEVICHE CAUSA, which was simply amazing and packed with flavor. The PERUVIAN TENDERLOIN ANTICUCHOS also had good flavor, although it was slightly overcooked. However, I was a bit disappointed with the NIKKEI LAMB RIB, as it was quite overcooked. On the other hand, the Grilled SEA BASS TACU TACU was perfectly cooked but lacked seasoning inside.

I must admit that the desserts were not up to par with the rest of the meal.

Excellent on-site Peruvian/Caribbean style food in a beautiful sit-down restaurant. Our server, Eduviges, was so wonderful. Her suggestions hit the spot. Her smile was contagious. We had 2 apps and 2 entrees along with desert. The seafood Chupe was a perfect starter. Cubed tenderloin had a great flavor and cooked perfectly. We had an amazing dining experience at Lime & Fish in Paradisus Playa del Carmen! The atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxing, and the food was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
