I recently dined at Fuego restaurant, and my overall experience was a 4-star one. The highlights of the meal were the SALMON CEVICHE CAUSA, which was simply amazing and packed with flavor. The PERUVIAN TENDERLOIN ANTICUCHOS also had good flavor, although it was slightly overcooked. However, I was a bit disappointed with the NIKKEI LAMB RIB, as it was quite overcooked. On the other hand, the Grilled SEA BASS TACU TACU was perfectly cooked but lacked seasoning inside.
I must admit that the desserts were not up to par with the rest of the meal.
