This place is comfortable.

Café Punta Del Cielo is a coffee shop, placed in Loreto, Puebla. If you live in center of the city you can arrive easier, because Loreto is placed in the center of the city. I have been there 2 months ago and you do not need to reserve nothing or wait for a long time. The decorations are elegant and modern. However, in terms of cuisine, it is based in several kind of desserts and coffees. The menu contain variety of desserts like cakes, muffins, tarts, and bread. Therefore, there is coffees like frappes, capuccino, etc. The prices are not too bad, but if you do not like to spend a lot this is not your place. Thus, I think that the atmosphere was nice and relaxed, you can interact with your friends better than outside, inside of the place is comfortable. About my experience, I describe that like something excellent, the service was polite, because the staff was friendly and fast to attend my family and me. Nice view but rude staff. When I wanted to pay today an older lady took ages to charge me (while there was one other table in the whole restaurant that another lady was attending) and then she overcharged me. When I pointed this out, instead of apologizing she threw some change at me- which was not the whole amount the withheld- but at which point I decided the rest was not worth losing energy over. Mistakes happen but this was clearly not one.

Anyway with someone with this kind of attitude this place with so much potential might actually lose in the long run. So a little warning here to check your change...

Perfecto para un momento de tranquilidad, ideal para un momento agradable de convivencia mientras contemplas la belleza de la ciudad de Puebla acompañado de un delicioso café, emparedados y postres. Los alimentos y bebidas son de gran calidad y precios absolutamente competitivos, el servicio excelente y en ambiente, creo que le vendría bien una actualización, con algo de iluminación y audio ya que en mi ultima visita (jul 25) percibí un ambiente "frío, hueco, vacío". Quizá integrar música académica, arte, iluminación ambiental, música académica en vivo, acabados actualizados , entre otras amenidades, complementarían una experiencia redonda para los consumidores. Por cierto el baño lo noté deteriorado, quizá es eso, mantenimiento adecuado para abrazar la experiencia del consumidor, y con ello este café se vuelva icónico y forzosa parada para los visitantes, de cualquier modo, he pasado grandes momentos reflexivos y exquisita...
