Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Puebla

Basically there is nothing you can do wrong in Carl's Jr and this one is no exception. Food is excellent as usual. That some staff member brings you, your order is also nothing new, but if the same person, cleans the table before he brings yor order, asks if everything is ok, while you eat and if you like to have nything else, when you finish, is what I call "going the extra mile" ! The question, if want to leave a tip will not bother after all and it was the first occasion I actually left tip in a fast food restaurant....

(Editado) En Tijuana de donde vengo hay u restaurante Carl's Jr en cada esquina y la atención del personal es excelente, lo que no puedo reconocer de este, el sabor de la comida es buenísimo como debe de ser, pero frentarte a una mala experiencia con el servicio hace que la experiencia no sea buena, el restaurante tiene un horario establecido, todo lo que sea abrir minutos tarde ya esta mal, la gerente me dijo que ese era el horario de apertura, lo que es totalmente falso, ahora creo que cualquiera puede tener un error, eso no se discute, pero el problema es que la actitud del personal no es buena, el error es de ellos y necesitan reconocerlo y solucionar el problema, con la amabilidad correcta. Es difícil poder resistirse a regresar aquí, por lo que decidí darle una segunda oportunidad y pues me lleve una grata sorpresa, definitivamente esta ocacion fue muy diferente a la anterior, el personal muy amable y con una muy buena actitud, los alimentos llegaron súper rápido y con la temperatura y sabor adecuados y el restaurante muy limpio, no estaba nada lleno y la parte de arriba es tranquila. I've never eaten at Carl's Jr. until this past week and for the first time whilst living in Puebla MX! The burgers are so good that I have eaten there twice this week! The burgers are great and they make excellent fries - fluffy and hot and crispy on the outside. Sometimes you just gotta get a taste of the ol' USA, and CJ's makes it happen....
