Chili's Angelópolis — Restaurant in Puebla

American food, you can’t expect great cuisine. I only go here to get the exact same thing, I know what my order will be before going and never change it because it’s the only thing they have that I like and that it’s not bad. Every time, the rest of my the people I go with will complain about their plate, drink or something else. The service is always good, they’re friendly but the can NEVER get an order right, if you switch fries or ask for something specific, you better expect them to not do it and have to ask for it again. It about 180-200MXN per person. I like this place for the chicken crispers, that’s the only thing I get... but I wouldn’t recommend it for the burgers or anything else. There are better...

In fairness, let me first say I'm not typically a fan of chain restaurants. That being said, I will also say that my experience in Chili's Angelopolis was good based on my expectations. I will likely return, particularly to watch a major sporting event. We each had margaritas, one rocos, the other frozen. Both drinks were solid. We shared papas a la francesa. Candidly, the fries were a little subpar- slightly weird texture and taste. But we ate them all pretty quickly ;-) Also, we are more used to sitting "at the bar" which seems much less common here. La comida es muy rica, tiene mucha variedad en cuanto a platillos y la atención es de las mejores. Aparte de que tienen muchos descuentos y en tu cumpleaños te ofrecen una gran variedad de postres. Es un excelente lugar para disfrutar la comida norteamericana, las porciones son abundantes y deliciosas (y muy calóricas). Los jueves de Chili's hay una gran variedad de bebidas a $49 y algunas otras promociones que valen la pena. El servicio es muy bueno y las instalaciones agradables, hay buena música por las noches. Es una cadena muy grande de restaurantes así que espera tener la misma variedad de comida que en otros restaurantes de el mundo.
