Italianni's Hermanos Serdán — Restaurant in Puebla

The young service staff (man/lady) spent most of their time flirting, touching and joking with one another to care enough to serve two tables with guests. The young girl (waitress) eventually took our order and ignored our table the rest of our stay. We had to have another employee there give us a glass of water. The meal eventually came and we ate all the while the flirting lovebirds were enjoying their time impressing one another. Good grief! Tell those two to get a room together and stay out of the restaurant business. We eventually gave 5% tip, though I wanted to stiff her! Done...

No one is receiving you in the entrance, the host area was empty, after a couple of minutes I had to go inside to find someone, at the bar an employee helped me to choose a table, and gave me the menu. After 3 or 4 minutes 3 young waitresses gather in the host area and they kept chatting and laughing among them for a while not even looking to the service area....

Pésimo servicio ,el encargado del lugar debería poner más atención en el personal flojo que tiene ahí,acabo de pedir por uber eats y me llega mensaje de que está listo ( ya estaba a pasos de llegar cuando recibí el mensaje ) la de la entrada dice que no está listo y me dejó 20 minutos esperando nunca regresó luego viene otra y ya le digo otra vez del pedido y ya lo trae ,todo frío ,eran dos pizzas y una ensalada , le comento que está ya frío y de mala gana solo se voltea y se va , para esto había una familia esperando entrar ,igual ahí nomás parados hasta que por fin los atendieron , cabe mencionar las pizzas era una creacione y una de peperoni , horribles parecen tortillas con queso , mejor vayan a experiencia gourmet ,mucho mejor el servicio y las pizzas. Nunca había tenido una experiencia tan mala en un restaurante . Jamás volveré a un italiannis , pésimo personal en esta sucursal donde ni ganas tienen de trabajar cuando son pedidos para recoger , ojalá lean este comentario y pongan a trabajar al personal y no estén solo perdiendo el...
