Primera visita:

Gran descubrimiento, tiene todo lo de un restaurante de alto nivel a un costo moderado.

Los platillos son verdaderamente elaborados en lo estético, cuidan todos los detalles e incluso hacen algunos preparados directamente en la mesa.

La entrada con el croissant y la mermelada de jitomate junto con la mantequilla de orégano fue la primera buena impresión.

Los sabores son muy intensos y divertidos, los combinan con ciertos ingredientes que los hacen muy atrevidos, ya que podrían no saber tan bien, sin embargo logran que el comensal se deleite con nuevos sabores sin que perciba que es algo completamente nuevo al paladar.

La base es comida mexicana con toques del sur de México. Los ingredientes son muy frescos y se nota en cada platillo que te sirven.

El personal de servicio es muy atento, sin ser invasivo, siempre están pendientes a alguna petición.

El precio considerando la calidad y elaboración de los alimentos es atractivo sin lugar a dudas, incluso podría decir que el lugar donde se ubica no corresponde, pero de otra manera no podrían ofrecer esos precios. La bebida Eureka, es algo muy singular, esa mezcla sabor limón con café es un festín de sabores.

Regresaré a probar el resto del menú sin duda alguna.

Segunda visita:

Regrese y no me decepcionó, continuó sorprendiéndome, esta vez lo hizo con unas huevos tipo benedictinos con toques de comida mexicana de muy buen nivel.

También la bebida del día, infusión a base de café con toques de frutos cítricos.

Tercera visita:

El lugar me sigue impresionando, llevo a amigos y disfrutan y se sorprenden con la calidad del lugar y de los alimentos.

Esta vez lo destacado fue unos huevos ponchados...

Yet another deep Mexican establishment with English. Nice decor and clean facilities. The staff was helpful and prompt. Coffees with liquor available. I had the Irish coffee. First one was a heavy pour of whiskey. Second one a bit lighter. Cakes offered as well as some cooked foods. Located on a major arterial parking is on the street and limited.
