My friends, there are no words to describe how TERRIBLE the service is here. Walked in with an unopened water bottle, sat down, placed an order, checked my phone, opened the water bottle and the owner literally stood up from his chair across the room and YELLED AT ME that that was not allowed. Canceled the order and walked out after promising I'd leave a 1 star review - just making sure I keep my promise :)
This establishment is an embarrassment to the kind, generous, lovely people of Querétaro.
My friend (angry owner dude), if you're going to charge double the price for water and force people to buy, then please make sure you're carrying the good brands.
