An executive chefs' review
Having lived, worked, and studied culinary recipes and techniques in various parts of Asia... Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, I am familiar with various flavors of Asia.
If you're looking for authentic Chinese flavor from the Guangzhou region of China this is a place you must definitely try
It is a small restaurant with a small menu
this is the type of establishment you would find on the back streets of Hong Kong or in the Night Market in Taiwan or Inland China
The prices are very reasonable and the portions are very large
Being from the Guangzhou region of China, the food is not spicy at all,
but if you would like to have more Chile and spice added, they are more than happy to accommodate
I recommend the wonton soup,
the spring rolls which have shrimp in them,
mabo dofu which is a tofu dish with spices, it is red in color,
and the stir fried eggplant is quite tasty as well.
All food is prepared fresh to order, so be prepared to sit and wait a little while, there are a total of four tables.
On the wall they have photographs of all of the dishes that they prepare
In my opinion this is the only Chinese restaurant in Queretaro that has an authentic Chinese Taste
Visiting this establishment is like going to a small Street restaurant in China

First day, we just ordered one dish (dry noodles with beer) for to go only, since we just had our lunch before shopping! To our surprise, the food was really delicious. Second day, we went back for more food, this time we decided to eat in and take something home for later. I ordered wonton soup (but I only pointed the picture and then said wonton soup, the guy who took my order only gave me wonton soup without any noodles. My friend had beef noodles soup (we thought it was a Vietnamese pho style, but it’s more like beef stew with wide noodles. We ordered two more items home, I had stir fried wide noodles with beef and my friend had beef with broccoli. Third time on my way back to Morelia, I decided to stop by to order for to go, I ordered shrimp fried rice, long green beans with beef and stir fry egg noodles with beef. They’re all delicious except the fried rice, nothing special but still good. My next trip to Queretaro, I will definitely be back! Great authentic Chinese food for sure…. My wait time...
Read moreOmg, Simply the best Chinese restaurant in Qro hands down!!!!! It’s a must try. Too bad it’s a bit tucked away so ppl don’t know about it. I don’t give 5 stars reviews, but they deserve it. My husband comes up with all reasons to get me to go once a week! It’s all about the authentic flavours. The milk tea reminds me of Hong Kong milk tea, not the same but as close as I...
