Extraordinarily good pizza - best I've ever had in QRO, by leaps and bounds!

They make authentic, Napolitano-style pizza with thin crust in a real wood-fired oven. You can absolutely taste the difference.

The cheeses are premium quality. They use a mozzarella blend and can provide you with parmesan cheese to add even more flavor.

The only way my pizza could have been improved is with a spicier, aged pepperoni, but this could be very difficult to acquire locally.

The prices are extremely reasonable considering the quality and portion size. The personal size you can see in my photos are $85 or $100, depending on the toppings. Such a bargain.

Finally, and best of all, the service is outstanding. They happily accommodated my requests, the food was promplty prepared, and beautifully presented. The owner, Paola, is nice to chat with. She lived and studied in Italy - she obviously knows what great Italian food is.

We've only tried their pizza and it is very, very good. The owner is Italian, but some of his recipes include a Mexican touch (make of that what you will). Considering the big franchise alternatives for delivery and their greasy pizza, this is probably the best pizza you can have delivered in downtown Queretaro. Some tips: count 50 extra pesos for the delivery, during the week call before 8, as kitchen closes early, check out their opening hours and days. Eager to taste real Italian food? ¡Say no more! Its host is humble from feet to head, and does really care for the original culinary seasoning back in Italy which I suppose he obtained from his mother and grandmother. Truly the best trattoria and the best oven-cooked pizza I have ever tasted. Not only are you going to live the Italian experience with the savory pastas, but also will your senses be delighted with beautiful moments with the ones you really love. No regrets going there.
