Hmm.. how do I say this… I love the vibe, I love the deals, I love the variety and creativity and I would go back to try the fried rice and other menu options. But… as someone from Southern California who has had sushi of all kinds and budgets, the rolls here were… disappointing? But we are in central Mexico so one must be reasonable. I cannot expect Nobu or Michelin quality rolls, but even compared to fast food sushi, the taste and freshness was not up to par. PLEASE come by and try it yourself, especially on a day where they have 2-for-1. The fresh drinks are great. The people are great. But the rolls I had… i am definitely returning to try other things and maybe there was something off this one time. There was a slight metallic flavor, rice a bit too firm, fish not quite flavorful, but I’ll give the meat versions of the rolls an honest try(aren’t they just burritos with seaweed instead of a tortilla at...

Soy un gran comedor de sushi, cuando entré y vi la carta, me asusté, mucho frito, mucho capeado, carne arrachera, carne de trompo, me dió miedo mucho miedo. Yo no como sushi que no sea crudo y fresco, algo frito o con carne asada no se debería llamar sushi. Pedí sugerencia de algo "fresco" y me recomendó la chica que me atendió el sushi aguachili. Me llegó a la mesa con salsa verde. Por supuesto casi muero, pero al probarlo vaya sorpresa, me gustó y mucho, esa mezcla del camarón, la salsa de aguachile y el arroz fue sorprendente, tanto que hasta lo sumergí en una mezcla de soja y salsa verde. Regresaré y podría volver a probar el mismo o pedir alguna otra de sus "rarezas" del menú, total qué tal que me llevo una nueva...

Llegué al lugar para hacer un pedido para llevar. Hacía días que ví ésta nueva opción de sushi que apareció en la plaza del Ihop. Pedí un Rollo California y un Spicy Tuna. Me entregaron rápido en Martes. Para mí que soy fan del sushi, me parecieron muy buenos de sabor, la salsa, que es crítica estaba bien sazonada y con chilitos toreados. Me faltó un poquito de salsa soya pero es un detalle talvez...
