GREAT FOOD AWFUL SERVICE Every time we visit QRO, we normally come to Vicente either for lunch or dinner and the service has always been top notch with the exception of today, the food was great as usual, we ordered the following: Cesar Salad - really good Atum Tostada - extremely well Tomato soup - ok Tacos lobster - really good they’re 4 (however the way they come are as small burrito form (each) kid’s arrachera Our waiter was so bad/horrible that when we asked him if they had the oysters available, he said that he was going to check and never came back to let us know that they were out, we had to asked him when he passed by our table, additionally, he never offered water or asked if we needed anything else. Our son’s meal came with ice cream and our waiter never came to the table to offered, to say that we were not even offered the dessert menu! So sad, that this awesome restaurant has Poor choice on...

This would have been 5 stars, but they did not have the first two cuts that my companion requested from the menu, . The waiter suggested a cut, which turned out to be very good, but in a place specializing in meats and at these prices, you expect to be able to get what you want when it is listed on the menu. The service was excellent, especially considering the waiter seemed very young and so could not have had much experience. I can't remember his name but my compliments to him. All the food was very good and came as ordered in a reasonable time. The watermelon salad was particularly flavorful. We enjoyed the music, but as some have said, it was a bit loud. Malísima experiencia y ls diré por qué, ya que soy bien honesto. Gastamos una cuenta de 10 mil pesos aprox el día de ayer 6/6/2023, al ser Martes, no habían muchas mesas y nos tocó el PEOR MESERO, un prepotente que nos atendió como quiso, le solicitamos muchas cosas, todo tarde, de mala gana, inclusive le dije, podrías llevarle las bebidas a "x" personas que ya te habían pedido desde antes y pues tus salsa son picosas, requieren agua cuando menos, me dijo -Si quieres los atiendo solo a ellos, ellos pagan?- Con todo respeto, esa no es forma de atender, toda nuestra Party se sintió mal con ese mesero, no sé si no era su día, pero.. a nosotros los comensales qué?

Ordené Pulpo Brasa y no fui el unico - El pulpo estaba chicloso, la salsa que le pusieron se bañó tanto que se hizo chicloso, le dije al mesero y me dijo -así se prepara aquí- El Salmón que venden muy seco, me hago uno más rico en casa, trae un par de vegetales y ni siquiera estaban sazonados. Tacos: las porciones dentro del taco es poca. Las Entradas, todas riquísimas eso si. La cerveza artesanal un manjar, pero su mixología no da mucho que desear, sabores que no se distinguían bien en las bebidas.

Se le solicitó al mesero subirle al A/C me dijo, no se puede, le solicité algo para que nos ayudara con el calor y dijo -NO HAY NADA-

Este mentado mesero, Trajo por error una bebida que no era de una comensal y cuando la fue a devoler TRAJO LA MISMA y se le enfrentó a la comensal diciéndole que eso ordenó ella, cuando TODOS escuchamos lo que ordenó, menos él?

Normalmente dejo del 15 al 25 % de propina en lugares como estos, considero que para ir a gastar una cuenta de 10,000 MXN el trato debería ser diferente, a otro nivel.

Ambientación: las pantallas a cada rato se "congelaban" - el A/C bajísimo y todos muriendo de calor - nos dieron una mesa que era Mitad Sofá/Mitad Sillas y nadie se sentó en el sofá por lo incómodo de hablar con los demás compañeros.

En fin, algunas cosas lo valen, pero en general NO volvería y si lo hago será por dos platillos en específico, una cerveza artesanal y pidiendo otro mesero.!!!
