I absolutely recommend ordering food from Carls jr. Juriquilla. My amazing experience began when I ordered 2 burgers with ubereats, I ordered at 9:30 am because here in Mexico the fifa world cup match was aired at 10 in the morning. I thought "I t is a great idea to order some burgers and watch the match, I really was craving for some food I have to be honest here I was a bit hungover". Yet there was a small delay of 2 hours in the process of making 2 burgers and I know this establishment makes top class burgers they most have Gordon Ramsey level chefs so I was okay with the delay plus I was eating some chocolate so goodbye hungover.

It came to my mind to cancel the order several times but I am a cheap motherf** and did not wanted to be charged a small fee and also the top chefs at CarlsJr. Were doing their best to prepare some amazing burgers. I was watching the match and I also had some free time. I had the time to do some chores.

Laundry, cleaning, homework and a bit of rearranging at home. I really enjoyed all this time I really wanted to thank Carl's Jr Juriquilla for the 2 hour delay to prepare the food I did a lot of proactive things I realized I had been procrastinating for several days. I never got my food and did cancelled the order.

Excelente franquicia, la considero un clásico y tradicional, buenos cortes, al carbón, buenos complementos, un clásico de la comida americana en México! pero el descuido en lo básico comienza a debilitar la imagen. Los baños un poco descuidados, el servicio en la barra, son toma pedidos, únicamente te miran mientras ves los tableros, buen tiempo de cocción y buenos los ingredientes, pero, las hamburguesas no llevan 4 o 5 hojas de lechuga, ni 5 o 6 aros de cebolla morada, que, cruda, sabe muy fuerte, una hamburguesa no necesita una rebanada de jitomate de 3 cms. Evidentemente si tratas de apretar para poder comer, resulta casi imposible que todo termine en la charola o la caja. Las papas fritas, frías, duras, grasosas y muy escasas porciones, debes pedir grande para obtener algo razonable. El personal de apoyo en las mesas, gente muy servicial y atenta, realmente se desviven por hacerte sentir muy bien! Felicidades y mi reconocimiento para ellos. Otra area de oportunidad, que considero crítica, la barra de bebidas. Tiradero por todos lados, demasiada presión en los dispensadores. Y señores, si oprimes el botón de fuze tea, o manzana o el que elijas, QUE SALGA LO QUE ELEGISTE! El agua natural es buena, pero estás pagando por algo que nunca llega... Disculpe, no han cambiado el contenedor, pero puede elegir algo más... En cuanto al ambiente, el exceso de jóvenes ruidosos e irrespetuosos hacen que vayas a comer y prefieras retirarte lo más pronto posible. En fin, seguro que es rentable el negocio, pero puede ser el negocio de excelencia que alguna vez fue. Gracias...
