IHOP Juriquilla — Restaurant in Querétaro

Food presentation was terrible. Received 2 uncooked burgers for my girls, bloody juice from the burger was actually collecting in the plate. One burger had a huge slice of tomato chunk, looked like a truck tyre. The other had a piece of paper inside. Sent both meals back. We ordered natural juices and there were huge chunks of carrot in the juices and the juice wasn't strained at all. Juices and meals, not appetizing. Service wasn't great. They could assume that you're going to want maple syrup and other condiments with your pancake breakfast, instead of having to summon someone for it.
