El Rincón de las Tortugas — Restaurant in Quintana Roo

Its one of those places that has some fancy decorations, namely character turtles out front, but, we found the food lacking. Ordered lobster but it came so overcooked it was stringy. Served with some cold french fries and cold grilled platanos. Was also accompanied with some shredded carrots and scant lettuce. The other person had shrimp balls which was very few shrimp rolled up with ham and cheese and wrapped in salty bacon which was pretty awful. It had the same things on the side as the other dish, e.g. cold french fries etc. Not good...

Food 8/10 The wait time was minimal and the quality was really good, there's enough variation and the flavor was quite good Service 10/10 the waiters are extremely knowledgeable and give great food recommendations. View 7/10 given de right conditions the bay view looks awesome, its not the best ever but its pretty good. Price 10/10 Extremely affordable.
