Grill — Restaurant in Quintana Roo

This restaurant is actually called Steakville, and I consider it more of a steakhouse than a bbq restaurant (that's what the category calls it). I'm giving the overall restaurant 4 stars due to my tenderloin being cooked well done instead of medium. A medium steak is cooked to an internal temperature of around 140° and my beef tenderloin was cooked to around 157°. Nous avons eu du mal à trouver le nom du restaurant car dans le resort Catalonia Riviera Maya il se nomme "Steakville". Mais le mal en valait la peine car ce restaurant est tout simplement INCROYABLE. Il survole et dépasse de loin l'ensemble de tous les restaurants du resort incluant le buffet qui est correct. La qualité des produits est assez inattendue, particulièrement le filet mignon de boeuf à la cuisson et la tendresse parfaites et le poulpe grillé à la perfection, bien croustillant à l'extérieur et fondant et bien charnu à l'intérieur. Nous ne nous attendions pas à une telle qualité dans ce resort. Vraiment incroyable.
