The food and prices were amazing, and the waiters didn't really have the personalities I'd expect in such a fun environment. I mean, both nights we were there, the entertainment performing was incredible. But the waiters seemed miserable with no sense of humor or personality. We discovered this place, unfortunately, 5 days before we left, and we're definitely impressed by the prices and great tasting food offerings. Will definitely go there again. Our first night in Puerto Aventuras. We walked here and ate dinner. Great way to kick off our vacation! I had the shrimp quesadilla and my wife had the fish tacos. Both were very good. Nicely made margaritas really enhanced the food. On Friday nights they had a very nice band which sang a nice mix I'd American hits. While it was perhaps louder than I prefer, the band definitely made the night more memorable. The ambience is very casual with the furniture looking a bit cheap. The staff was attentive and friendly. Please be cautious of a Marty Limas review. I took the time to read them. He’s quite extreme. Last night the entire bar area, including myself, at Lat20 watched as Marty shouted profanities at a woman, berated the wait staff, and threatened the owner all of whom tried to politely explain the table he took was reserved. He didn’t care. He wanted what he wanted and when he didn’t get it, he terrorized and threatened. Lat20 is known as PA’s “Cheers’”. Come anytime and feel it for yourself.
