Antojitos El Pozole Zona Industrial — Restaurant in San Luis Potosí

I have visited this restaurant a couple of times now and I will say that the food is good. Both the red pozole and other dishes. The service, however, is lacking. We arrived and the restaurant was about 70% full but it was not busy. However, we had to flag down a waiter ourselves to get a menu, and then again to order. They served one dish about 15 minutes before the other arrived instead of serving both at once. We then had to ask for the check twice before actually getting it. The restaurant itself is in a good location but the interior is very uninspired. There is nothing done about interior decor and with the children's playground in the corner it might as well have been a McDonald's. When I arrived there they were just setting up so I didn't mind waiting. It wasn't even that early, maybe 8:30 or 9am but when the they were ready the waiters had just arrived in regular clothes and they looked like they had just woken up. Hair all messed up, shirts all undone, our waiter with his fly open and the rest getting ready in the bathroom, changing, washing their face, fixing their hair and brushing their teeth. El servicio me parecio pésimo, tardaron 20 minutos aproximadamente en tomar mi orden, a pesar de que busque un mesero no me atendían, y más de 20 minutos en servirme, los meseros no estaban al pendiente de las necesidades de los clientes si querías algo más tenias que cazarlos, pero no se acercaban de lejos tomaban la orden, los platos sucios y vasos desocupados se acumulaban y nose acercaron a limpiar la mesa, pésimo servicio, los baños de mujeres estaban sucios y en malas condiciones, además de que no contaban con cambiador para bebés, no lo recomiendo para nada, si doy dos estrellas es porque los sabores no estaban tan mal, pero el servicio definitivamente...
