Pésimo servicio el día viernes 29 de junio a las 4:00 pm solicité un Caramel Afogatto y la chava que atendió el Drive Thru es una total incompetente, me sirvió el mismo con un solo Shot de expresso (siendo tamaño Grande), lo solicite frappe y no era frappe y tras de eso al solicitarle el segundo Shot me lo quería cobrar como un extra; por lo tanto me metí a la página de Starbucks y le mostré la receta original y me indicó que ellos tenia su propio recetario, al ver la chava que tenía todas las de perder me solicitó mi café y simplemente vacío un poco éste y le colocó otro Shot, la bebida quedó totalmente mal hecha. Deben enseñar a sus empleados acerca del servicio al cliente y trato correcto con educación hacia las personas no es posible que alguien trabaje en Starbucks con esa actitud, NO VOLVERÉ A IR AHÍ MIENTRAS ELLA SIGA AHÍ! y tengo mucho tiempo de visitar Starbucks.
