Delicious food, great service.

We had a delicious Aztec soup and Pollo Aztlan a chicken breast stuffed with huitlacoche (whee-tla-KO-cheh), or Mexican corn smut, topped with squash blossom creme sauce. Huitlacoche is also know as Mexican Truffle, and is made from a fungus that grows in corn. A real delicacy.

Both were excellent.

Over several visits, we have enjoyed tacos, chiles en nogada, enchiladas, hamburgers, chile stuffed with camarón (shrimp), ribs, alitas (wings), guacamole, and many other meal choices.

They also have great flan.

This is a great restaurant that showcases how Mexican food is more than tacos, enchiladas, burritos, and quesadillas.

It's an easy 30 minute walk from the Jardin in San Miguel de Allende, or about a 10 minute walk from the Fabrica...

Cute little place in one of the most overlooked neighborhoods in San Miguel de Allende.

The prices were very reasonable, my meal with a beer...

We had a magical evening for three friends’ birthday party here. The patrons Tio Pablo and Manuel transformed the restaurant into a wonderland of balloons and candles and fabulous food and a luscious tiered cake. The whole family was present, preparing food and smiling. They celebrated with us and made our night perfect. Dine here and it will become your local favorite. It’s...
