I watched a tourist who didnt speak spanish, buy a bag. There was a sign that the bags are 500 pesos. The tourist was annoying and speaking loud and slow in English "WAS IT MADE BY A MEXICAN? I WANT SOMETHING LOCAL MEXICAN!" The worker wrote down a number, and the tourist said....oh 1600 thats a good price.
