If I can deal with the Positives first when I walked in the music is the Beatles, B B King, Sting. and Otis Redding. My kind of place I thought to myself. UNFORTUNATELY It went downhill from then on, I walked in at 1.05pm, the waiter offered the menu I ordered a beer no problem so far.....easy peasie I ordered 3 Shrimp tacos. Grilled with Garlic. NO CHEESE, I even said in Spanish NO QUESO OK came the answer NO PROBLEMO. I would give any chef/ cook 10 mins to knock this up, with 1 hand tied behind their back. 35 Minutes later it turns up covered in Cheese.......take it back let's forget lunch, the waiter who took the order was no where to be seen, the waitress said sorry I can fix the problem in 2 minutes. I said it took 35 minutes to create the problem. I gave her a chance. and yes I did tip but only 10% cus I know they have bills to pay as well. BUT NO I CAN'T...

My chicken was cooked poorly, leaving the crust on it so tough it was hard to cut it with a knife. Also both our meals had things missing or substituted on the menu. If you don't have a baked potato side, you need to tell the customer when they order, or at least before you bring out the food. The same is true if you don't have strawberries for the salad my wife ordered. The tortilla soup was quite good. And the salad and veggies were fresh. It's not like the place was busy at all....perhaps that is why. Servers were good, other than not informative about...

When seated, only 3 tables were occupied. Waited more than 5 minutes for a menu. Had to ask server for a menu. Coffee was served immediately. Juice was ordered with breakfast. 20 minutes later, no juice or breakfast, but waiters standing around laughing and talking with hands in their pockets the whole time. Decided to pay for Coffee and leave. Waiters were surprised by our desire to leave do to their lack of customer attention. They do not care about...
