What an AMAZING experience we have EVERY time we go to Que Pasa! Excellent food and excellent staff! We are always impressed by the outstanding service we received. From the moment you walk through the doors you feel welcomed. From the greetings you get to the service, excellent food (Canadian and Mexican) and drinks, the atmosphere to the fist bumps at the end of the night, AMAZING!!! Aleda, the owner had done an excellent job at picking such an AMAZING crew. Aleda allow her staff to make decisions that benefit the costumer, even if it means deviating from established protocols. She empowering her employees to be the best they can be, which show as her staff turnover is very low to non existent. Thank you Aleda we appreciate all your staff’s dedication and commitment to ensuring we enjoy our time at Que Pasa. Genaro, (also known by “G”), is the BEST EVER! As soon as you walk in the door, he makes you feel welcomed! We have been going to Que Pasa for two years, and Genaro remembered us after our first visit and a year later when we came back! Tito is AMAZING! Every time we came in for lunch, he remembered our drinks and our food order, right down to the smallest detail. Extra mango habanero sauce! Corbin is FANTASTIC! He is always going above and beyond to ensure that any drinks come out right away and the food is delivered to your table immediately. This year we got to meet someone new, Alongo. Alongo has a positive attitude and willingness to help. He was MAGNIFICENT! One can not forget to give a HUGE shout out to the kitchen staff and the behind the bar staff, because they do an ASTONISHING job! Awesome job to Ricardo, Jose, Santos, Coni, and Michaela. Our drinks and food were always prepared perfectly! LOVE the Mango Habanero wings! We highly recommend stopping by if you are in Mazatlán! We stumbled upon this place - taco Tuesday! The food was great the atmosphere was quaint, great music. The server and owner were very friendly and joking around. The margaritas were delicious. The DOWNSIDE! Came when we paid our bill- the very interactive friendly server flipped a switch to angry saying we only left 4$ tip. Infact I personally left a 4$ tip for my share of the bill and others tipped as well. That’s a sour end to a fun evening! Not cool! Other wise I would have given 4-5 stars. Que Pasa offers a fantastic and friendly atmosphere. The live bands create an amazing vibe, and the staff is consistently cheerful and helpful. I particularly appreciated their warm welcome for my child, encouraging her dancing and colouring! Whether it's a weekday or weekend, the positive energy is contagious.
