Tacos Capeados Carmen — Restaurant in Sinaloa

Absolutely delicious, fresh, and flavorful! We tried the pulpo and pescado capeaodos, quesadilla de pescado con tortilla de harina, and a gobernador de camaron. Everything was soo tasty, the batter was excellent, and I loved that all the toppings (pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, spicy cucumbers, red onion, salsa de aguacate, mayo sauce, salsa verde fresca) were served apart so nothing got soggy. Shrimp and octopus were tender and not at all chewy. Fish was flaky and delightful.

The only downside was that the corn tortillas were pretty bland, but that is typical for a lot of places in Mazatlan. The flour tortilla on the quesadilla was amazing though. Agua de maracuya was also not too sweet and was definitely made with real fruit.

La comida (cuando la sirven a tiempo) es muy buena, lamentablemente el servicio es PESIMO, de los PEORES en Mazatlan... NO CAPACITAN A SUS MESEROS, en cocina llaman con la campana que está lista la comida y los meseros ni en cuenta, pasan los.minutos y no van a servir las órdenes y eso provoca que al servir la comida ya están fríos los tacos, CAPACITEN A LOS MESEROS, NO TIENEN IDEA DE DARLE POR LO MENOS SERVICIO AL CLIENTE ya no quiero decir dar buen servicio... todo impacta , mal servicio, se enfría la comida y los capeados ya no saben bien... inviertan en que sus empleados sepan atender al publico tienen buen producto pero es desquiciante cada vez que vengo, ver a los meseros perdidos en el universo pensando en otra cosa menos en atender a la gente...
