Birriería Valencia — Restaurant in Sinaloa

The birria here is very good; we got the birria quesadillas with both flour and corn tortillas and both were very good (the corn tortillas are hand-made) a side of hot savory consome and even tried the chilaquiles (which I personally liked the best).. I know chilaquiles at a birria place.. I was just craving them at the moment! (AND they were great!)

Also the rolled panckekes (like thick crepes) were delicious with the sweet condensed milk and syrup were a great way to end our meal with a nice, sweet taste.

I think this might be my favorite restaurant in Mazatlan! Soup so flavorful, Sinaloa special taco was tremendously delicious, quesatacos were perfect crunchy (not to hard/not to soft) tons of meat with no gristle, lots of flavor in everything! Sauces are on point. Coffee perfect (not to weak like other places) and served with real cream. Our kids love this place too and we always feel welcomed.
