We have been twice and had a good time and good food both times. Today was a little loud while we ate as they were putting in AC which I appreciate but it was exactly during lunch hour. Now to the important stuff. We loved the pizza on the first visit so we came back today to try the shrimp 🍤. My mom and I shared two shrimp meals. I was super excited to try the shrimp wrapped in bacon dipped in corn meal so a shrimp corn dog. It was ok but I'm the end I didn't care for it but that was a taste preference. The shrimp and chips basket was good. Hubby had a cheeseburger and it was huge. He said it tasted good. Otherwise, the servers were friendly and did a good job. The lighting is really dim so bring a light to see the menu...we used our phone light. We will be back.

More costly than some other local places, but a huge menu with a variety of food items from seafood entrees to burgers to pizza. Tacate and Indio on tap ($2 each) for now while they wait on finishing setting up their own brewery (coming soon). Did was amazing. Wait staff was helpful and on top of their service game, and spoke great English. I loved my seafood lasagna (but I don't eat land meat so this is my kind of thing!) and my BF loved his Smashburger (3 patties!), And the sweet potatoes fries were AMAZING... Made in house, more like potato wedges but done to perfection! Fun American oldies music and brewery style industrial vibe.

The person who was out server was nice. The pizza was a solid B. The rest of our food was okay. I think one of the better dishes we had was the Ultimate Smash Burger. The lasagna sauce was thin and watery and the lasagna noodles were overcooked. The caramel for the flan was quite bitter, like it was quite burnt, versus well caramelized. The key lime pie is more like a key lime cheesecake. I would not recommend it. I think if you stick to the burgers there that's your best bet followed by pizza. Considering the pricing here versus quality of food I would not recommend this place beyond the novelty.

I'll do the good first:

Been a couple years since I was here. Remodel is fantastic. Love the new look. Our waiter Diego, was great.

My daughter got the ravioli. I still maintain it's some of the best Italian food I've ever had. I should have stuck to that.

People next to us got the pizza. I keep kicking myself for not ordering that. If I ever go back, that's what I'll get.

The bad:

We saw some people we knew when we walked in and asked for the table next to them. Nope. They said that a foursome has to sit in the back, we're saving this for a group with six people. Table we ended up in the back was for six. Not a huge deal. There are other reasons to spread people around, I get it.

Wife ordered crab cake sandwich. She called it the saddest crab cake she ever saw. One small crab cake in the middle of a large bun. I'd skip it.

I got the surf n turf burger. I don't know why I ordered it. Avoid at all costs. Most places in Mexico haven't quite figured out that a smashburger is not good because it is thin, it is good because more beef surface area gets a nice char. Three thin grey patties with shrimp on top wasn't very good.

What really spoiled the experience though was the bill. The place is pricey, but a lot of places in Rocky Point are expensive now. A lot of small places in Mexico don't want to take credit cards, so I always warn them ahead of time if I am using one. The bill came with the amount in pesos and USD listed. When they ran the card the amount they charged to the card was 20% higher...

The customer service was horrible. We ordered the wings and a pepperoni pizza. The pizza was great, cooked perfectly. The wings came out cold to the touch. We told the waiter who took them to the back and within 5 minutes came back with another set. The wings were no longer cold but were not crispy at all they were soggy and chewy. We did not bother to eat them or touch them. The waiter didn’t check on us once until we were finished with our pizza. Almost the entire time he was on his phone. After we finished we told the waiter the wings were not good and they weren’t crispy. We told him we did not want them and he put them in a to go box for us. After telling him again we didn’t want them he gave us the bill. We were charged for the wings and I asked if he could remove them since they were not eaten and told they were bad. He said he couldn’t so I asked for the manager. The manager did not care that the wings were bad and would not remove the charge. She stated that she personally saw the wings and they were up to the restaurants quality and that she could not take off the charge. I told her wings are supposed to be crispy not soggy and she said that if a customer wants crispy wings they need to request that and the restaurant does not make their wings crispy. We paid the bill and left. I would not recommend eating here if you do get it to go and only...

A friend and I went because we like Italian food and I saw that they offered a calzone.Well,we had a great ,memorable evening. The Drink a tequila margarita was awesome. The calzones were delicious, Our waiter Chino spoke English and served us promptly ,he explained the drinks available as I asked him what their specialty was ,he suggested the tequila margarita. He explained the options to add into the calzones and was friendly ,talkative and served us promptly and politely. The place is cozy ,the customers were friendly and had conversation with us .A 3 piece band came in and played awesome music for us.,they were not the staff of capones but The band did a fine job entertaining us.The name of this place caught my attention, being an Italian American. The legend of Al Capone ,is it said that he spent time in Puerto penasco at the rock point hotel, during the prohibition era.Al would fly in tourists, alcohol tourism. They would gamble ,drink and enjoy the beauty of the beaches etc.Well, supposedly, Al made a water well the benefitted the people of Puerto penasco, and when he left ,he blew the well up.If true or not ,I...
