Staff: Very nice and communicative. Keyla and her husband are very nice and will keep you updated on the town. Alma the cleaning lady has lots of good food recommendations.

Accessibility: No elevator so people with disabilities will need a bottom floor room. The gate is automated but is reliant on the staff opening and closing it for you. If someone isn't there you might be trapped inside or outside!
In summary: Not a bad place to stay....but they could use a few upgrade to their rooms to boost...
