Embarcadero Cocina + Bar — Restaurant in Sonora

HORRIBLE, COLD FOOD AND BULLY MANAGER, last night on Christmas my fillet mignon was cold and the vegetables, my husband's Mexican plate was all cold and the guacamole was already half brown (we all know that means it's old probably made earlier in the day) I couldn't eat the fillet I try it was gross, and my husband cant eat food thats been sitting because he has a disability. as we spoke with the manager he became defensive, rude and belittle not only us but his staff and blame the waiters and threatened that if I didn't pay for the fillet he will make the waiter pay, he then said that's fine don't pay anything and walked away upset I follow him and demanded to pay for my full meal except the fillet and I told him he can't blame the waiters for a kitchen and his issues, he was furious but didn't have a choice I pay and left a good tip for the waiters (they thank us because I guess this is a regular practice ?) HORRIBLE place it looks beautiful and my tortilla soup was good but the rest was old steal and cold food I will give them a -5 stars never...

My family and I come to San Carlos often and have never received worse service. I ordered the "macarrones en crema" which is macaroni with Chipotle sauce and parmesan cheese. There was an option on the kids menu of just plain Mac and cheese. Upon receiving them, they were cold and had no Chipotle and no flavor. Waiter gave me the kids mac and cheese. Myparents ordered "sopa de tortilla" and it was tasteless. Plain with no flavor. Kindly asked for a waiter for some salt and asked about the Chipotle sauce. The waiter that came (a different waiter than the one who origonally seated us, this guy was bald) scoweled at us and in an incredibly rude voice said "well she asked for the maccaroni and cheese" and again, I kindly said "pardon, maybe there was a confusion. I meant to order the ones with Chipotle sauce please." The waiter scoffed and abruptly took my plate before I could even finish my sentence. Our original waiter came with my new plate and seasoning...

Beware!!! Management horrific on Christmas day!!! First forgot salad and brought wrong drink. Then our Christmas day dinner came cold. Manager lied and implied it was our fault for not liking our food cold. Steak filet and mexican plate both cold and old. Avacodo was black and chicken was dry. Stay away unless you want to be sick. Place looks nice from outside, but worst in San Carlos. Manager wanted to charge waiters for what the kitchen is responsible and tried belittling my wife that is from Sonora. I came from the restaurant business and that manager would be fired on spot for his belittling behavior to staff...
