Los Arbolitos de Cajeme Solidaridad — Restaurant in Sonora

Famoso restaurante en el que se sirve una variedad de platillos de mar, mismos que tienen buen sazón, la diversidad del menú te permite pedir un delicioso filete, un cóctel o bien algo más sencillo como un taco de Marlin o un clásico cómo la empanada de camarón o el taco gobernador. El lugar es amplio y cuenta con terraza. La limpieza es muy aceptable y el ambiente es relajado y casual.

Desafortunadamente todo lo anterior se viene abajo con una pésima experiencia de servicio... Viajé a Hermosillo por motivos laborales, viajo solo y al llegar la hostess me llevó a mi mesa, todo normal. Pero cuando llega el mesero me dice: TIENES QUE MOVERTE DE ESTA MESA, LA TENGO RESERVADA (había al menos 8 mesas vacías), obviamente no acepté; le dije que me habían puesto ahí pero que no se preocupara que iba a comer rápido y me iba... Cómo pueden suponer los supuestos clientes que habían reservado la mesa nunca llegaron... Pero curiosamente llegaron más clientes y nunca se les pidió reservación.

A partir de ahí nadie se acercó, yo tenía que moverme para pedir mis alimentos, jamás se me recogió el servicio de platillos que ya había consumido y básicamente el servicio posterior fue con mala actitud hacia mí... Consumí cerca de 400 pesos y dejé buena propina, sé que no es la misma cantidad de una cuenta de 10 personas pero mi dinero también vale.

Es muy triste que los meseros sigan llevando a cabo estas malas prácticas. No suelo dar menos de tres estrellas, trato siempre de ver los aspectos buenos de cada restaurante al que voy como pueden ver en mis otras reseñas, pero fue tan incómodo que una vez sentado te quieran mover, que para mí este restaurante no existe, no vuelvo.

La gerencia debe tener en cuenta el problema que potencialmente puede significar una queja directa por un comportamiento así, ya sea por discriminación o por protección al consumidor es algo que a ningún negocio conviene. Ojalá puedan sensibilizar al equipo de meseros...

The most annoying thing with this seafood restaurant is that the menu is filled with numerous underwater delicacies, EXCEPT FOR FISH!! Literally only two (2) choices of fish, and all are served with numerous unnecessary additions that take away from the main attraction, the fish. However, after tasting the fish I understand why. The most unseasoned, bland fish I have ever tasted. The fish Toastades was great. Vibrantly presented, fresh herbs and incredible taste. The queso quesidias were decent and the atmosphere, along with the friendly service was fantastic. But, please include more base fish (and prepared) options....

Lots of things are excellent at this restaurant, service being on of them. Just lower your expectations on the food but it may not be for everything. I had the Filete relleno and some Camarones a la pacha there were just fine but definitely not ordering those again. Prices are great and the staff super friendly, bathrooms were clean and safe parking. Will come back but will order...
