World class steakhouse! Beautifully designed, high quality meats perfectly cooked.

You can tell they took their time designing this place. Everything looks in perfect order. From the plants, to the chairs and tables, they really put a lot of thought in the design.

The food was incredible as well! We had the burrata with pesto and grilled tomatoes, a wagyu burger which was incredibly juicy and perfectly seasoned, grilled veggies for health and a black onyx New York cut that blew me away! Perfectly marbled, perfectly cooked and crusted, I almost ordered another one 🤤

Don’t even get me started on the deserts! A Nutella ice cream cake unlike I’ve ever had before and the carrot cake was maybe better than any carrot cake I’ve ever had in the states. Sweet, creamy, perfectly balanced!

Piedra y Brasa lo teníamos pendiente por visitar y fue una muy agradable sorpresa. El lugar es sobrio y elegante lo que da una atmósfera muy agradable, solo el nivel de la música era muy alto y tuvimos que pedir que le bajaran por qué además tienen muy mal ecualizado su sistema de sonido y los bajos están muy altos y distorsiona la música, es importante que recuerden los propietarios que no es un antro ni un restaurante de Masaryk, es Interlomas y el ambiente en esa zona preferimos la música de fondo y ambiental y no de antro. Su servicio es excelente, atento, sin ser intrusivo, 10 de 10 y muy agradecidos con Fabiola por hacer de nuestra visita una muy buena experiencia. La cocina fenomenal, pedimos las tostadas de atún que estaban realmente ricas, y de sus empanadas la ganadora es la de ribeye, deliciosa! , así como el muy bien preparado jugo de carne. En cuanto al corte de carne premium, perfectamente bien cocinado al término que lo solicitamos (ingles, y no cualquiera sabe cocinar la carne en ese término) y se agradece la parrilla para esas partes que necesitan estar bien asadas. Los precios de los vinos me parecieron un poco caros para las etiquetas que manejan, por eso preferimos solo tomar una copa de Casa Madero. Lo único que falló fue el martini, sería bueno que su bartender lea la historia del Martini y la forma en la que se debe servir, me quedo a deber en la copa y se hicieron locos cuando pedí que me sirvieran el coctel de forma correcta. Pueden ver en la foto que no miento al respecto. En general muy bien y salvo las bebidas, excelente lugar al que pensamos volver. Preguntaré si hay descorche porque sin duda prefiero...

Amazing steak house. Best cuts of beef I’ve had in a long time. The Rib Eye and Arrachera are my go-to cuts, along with the tuna tostadas and grilled artichoke. Service is also excellent. The place is very nicely decorated and has a sophisticated atmosphere. You’ll be happy with anything you order on the menu - every dish is well thought out.
