Café Paradiso Telchac Puerto — Restaurant in Telchac Puerto

I had the chance to stop by at this wonderful new cafe right on the beach in Telchac Puerto this afternoon. it was a blustery and cloudy day mid Sunday afternoon and I was the only customer at the time which gave me a chance to speak to the very lovely and attentive owner. The place is lovely with a backyard/patio partially covered overlooking the beach and with a lovely nice size pool as well They have a few lounge chairs as well as Adirondack type chairs poolside plus a good number of new tables with comfortable chairs for diners. The first cup of coffee is on the house and it was very good. I also had the Paradise Salad which was delicious, fresh and well presented with fresh greens including arugual and I think spinash, cherry tomatoes, caramelized walnuts and rosettes of goat cheese with a balsaminc glaze dressing and lots of cubes roasted chicken. It looked lovely , tasted great and was very filling. I look forward to trying other things on the menu including their breakfast offerings. Visited and had dinner tonight. It was delicious!! The staff was very nice, great place just to sit and enjoy the beautiful ocean. Will definitely be back to what breakfast or enjoy a coffee. Visited for breakfast and it was very delicious too. Went from snorkeling in the ocean to breakfast and then back. They have a very inviting pool, which I may get in next time. La casa es linda. Fuimos a desayunar pero el tiempo de atención MUY MUY TARDADO más de 30 min en llevar a la mesa unos huevitos, porción muy escasa y fríos 🥹 huevito frío no es rico. Muy tardados hastavparqvllrvar un vaso de agua ( nunca llegó jajaja 😂 osea NUNCA tomé un vasito de agua simple que pedí ). La mesa de los niños pidieron wafles y De los 5 platillos de la mesa de los adultos llegaron 2 después de más de 35 minutos ( omelet) con una porción de frijoles muy escasa (2 cucharadas pequeñas ) después de 15 minutos y ya cuando habían terminado de desayunar 3 personas llegaron los otros 4 platillos de huevitos. Osea el desayuno fue por partes 🤪... Faltó un platillo para los niños que eran 6 y pues tuvimos que esperar otro tiempo más para que prepararán nuevamente unos wafles. Creo es una buena opción pero deben de mejorar sus tiempo de atención y de preparación. En cuanto al sabor de la comida , se puede decir que es aceptable pero no lo mejor y más si llevan los huevitos fríos. Creo van empezando entonces ojalá...
