We had two dishes there. The sepia en la plancha was good but quite expensive, for 350 pesos and the paella marinera, that shows the price for 1 person but they'll charge you the double because they only make for two (225,00 x 2) which makes a sort of misunderstanding. Anyway the paella looked nice but it didn't have much flavor nor taste. The shrimps' heads were a bit dark, that was because of too much preservative. The mussels were tiny and no taste whatsoever. Very few small pieces of fish, and no taste....
Read moreAmerican here. I'm told I'm hard to please, so be aware that this review is earned! My chorizo con huevos omelet was decent, not fabulous in my opinion, my husbands fries were delicious. The iced coffee with vanilla and milk (iced vanilla latte basically) was only OK. Husband loved his Philly cheese steak Sandwhich (Pepito). Decently priced. This is part of a hotel (we are not staying here). The hotel is right on the beach. Service was nice. This restaurant has a bathroom (unlike MANY here in Veracruz)....

Ceviche is a bit different from what we have had before but maybe it’s a new thing we didn’t know. So we will say it’s okay. The clams and mussels in the paella are disappointing, which made the whole dish taste bad. What made it worse is that the meal was not cheap either. Almost NYC price I’d say but I had much better paella...
