Little Caesars — Restaurant in Veracruz

The little Cesars pizza chain is great in prices and the food is alright. I mean for what your paying its good. I do not lie the stressful part of these places is the ketchup portion they try to give you. I mean we baught 2 pizzas and they tried to give us only 2 ketchups. Really. 2 ketchups. For 2 pizzas. It makes me feel insulted. Kind of mad to. I can't eat 2 pizzas with only 2 ketchups. But in the end it was alright. Little Cesars...

The pizza is very good for the price you pay. However you need to be lucky for get one made fresh and the staff don't want to be there, have no customer service skills and don't want to work, they say they don't do cheese pizzas and they can't give you a pepperoni...

El servicio en auto de la sucursal costa de oro, es PÉSIMO, en 2 ocasiones consecutivas he tenido que esperar alrededor de 20 Min en la fila, para que me digan que ya no hay servicio por qué durante la espera dieron las 10 de la noche y les vale madre y te dejan si pizza.... DEBEN DE MEJORAR SUS PROCESOS DE PRODUCCIÓN, por qué la demanda de las pizzas sobrepasa tu capacidad de producción, haciendo quedar mal su eslogan de Hoy and READY, ya que por lo pronto es falacia que están listas al momento... Además de que TIENEN que capacitar al personal en cuanto a atención al cliente, ya que para este tipo de situaciones no tienen la miró atenct y se limitan a decir que ya lo hay y no los sacas de ahí.... Generando molestias e inconformidad en los clientes.... No le pongo menos punto por qué...
