Häagen-Dazs — Restaurant in Yucatán

Terrible customer service, disgusting employees. Horrible experience at such a simple place. We ordered 4 small ice cream scoops in bowls (2 Oreo and 2 vanilla) - the person at the counter gave us 2 chocolate and 2 vanilla, so we went back to the counter and said that “so sorry, we asked for Oreo, can you exchange it for the correct one?” The woman, who looked mad even though it was her simple mistake, said no and got the manager. The manager was worse and said that he will not replace it because we touched it lol. While we only stirred it and took one bit to see if it was Oreo, this huge company should have been able to replace a tiny scoop of ice cream. We would normally just let it go, but we were treated so rudely by these people and it was disgusting. We threw out the ice cream and did not order more (obviously) because that is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever experienced, literally lol. A company like Haagen-Dazs should have no excuse to treat people like this over a scoop of ice cream. My 3 kids were pretty disappointed and it’s such a terrible thing...

Es lamentable que el señor Luis Camacho falte a la verdad respecto al servicio. Yo estuve presente en la fila cuando ocurrió el inconveniente y pude constatar la agresión verbal hacia el personal. La gerente de la sucursal atendió la situación con profesionalismo y realizó el cambio sin ningún inconveniente. Como cliente frecuente de Häagen, valoro la amplia variedad de sabores y, sobre todo, la excelente atención que siempre brinda su equipo.
