Luckily, not book in advance but got a table in 10 mins, all meat and vegetables are fresh with a big plate. Communication still a big barrier for staff and foreigner. Staff not come to service because they do not understand. Ring bell many time but no one come. I think they wait until the one who can speak English come to service on our table. Overall, it's very good and value for money. Definitely will come again.

Our recent visit to Bull hotpot restaurant left us extremely disappointed. From the moment we walked in, it felt like they couldn’t care less about our presence. The staff’s attitude was nothing short of disrespectful. Our orders were consistently mixed up, and it seemed like they were doing us a favor by serving us. It’s a shame that such a beautiful place can be marred by such terrible customer service. We won’t be returning...

This place is another food option in Ulaanbaatar. We had varieties of meat there. It's like individual shabushabu place. The point I didn't really like / disappointed was quantity of meat and soups. They are little bit too wild to me (or may be most of Japanese).
