Restoran Per Sempre — Restaurant in Podgorica

So me and my Fiancee post alot of reviews on our travels and give our honest opinion of everything and anything that we do.

So me and my Fiancee are in Podgorica, Montenegro 🇲🇪 on Holiday from our home in Manchester, England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 and we are staying in an Airbnb in the local area.

So today as we headed out for the day we walked past Restaurant Per Sempre so decided to pop in for Breakfast, We were warmly greeted by a host who sat us at a table for two.

For drinks my Fiancee ordered an Americano with hot milk and I opted for a Cafe Latte and a glass of freshly squeezed Orange Juice, Drinks were well presented and tasted delicious.

A few minutes later the waiter returned and we were ready to order, So my Fiancee ordered an prosciutto ham omelette with a side salad and I opted for the Big Breakfast(Chicken Sausages, Spinach scrambled eggs, Chips and a lovely mustard dip).

My Fiancee loved her Prosciutto omelette it was cooked perfectly, it was very light and fluffy and the portion size was very generous and she couldn't finish it.

My Breakfast was very well presented and again tasted delicious, The meal was a very generous portion and the food was delicious, I especially enjoyed the Scrambled eggs with Spinach.

The service was exceptional, The food was excellent, Lovely decorated interior, Polite and Friendly staff, The Restaurant was spotlessly clean and excellent value for money.

We Highly recommend Restaurant...

The setting of the restaurant is quite nice. Beautiful interior and nice furniture. The service is a bit slow (maybe a cultural thing particular for Montenegrins) but the stuff is very polite and helpful. I have ordered as starter the soup with mashrooms which was delicious. Main dish was pasta with sea bass, vegetables - quite big portion but not so good. The pasta was overcooked and all was a bit tasteless. The pasta was homemade which was really nice. A very moderate kitchen. Don't set your expectations too high. Decoration make you feel like an upscale restaurant but the real feeling when you try the dish is something you can find in any average restaurant. At least, the prices are also moderate. Who would be ok to eat a beefsteak salad ıf the steak iş aş cold as the lettuce on the salad???!!! Also, so poor wine cellar. Got my 2 stars for the sake of the decoration and...
