An awesome place with disrespectful service.
While taking my order, Slobodan, 37 yr old bearded waiter took his coffee break!! Seriously???
I was expeced to wait for his royal highness to finish his 8 :15 am coffee break to continue making my order!!!
Then he proceed to guess, which salad I would like ( I didn't order a greek salad and he expected me to buy it).
Finally he brought me a small glass water bottle I didn't ask for.
Given that I was the only customer, at the 8 am opening time, I find it difficult to mix up my order that badly.
While making my payment, I told him I usually tip twenty percent if service is good.
He interrupted me, saying that he will make his tips anyway during the day.
This waiter is confrontational and has no idea about what customer service is.
It's really a shame that people hire staff which ruin the entire experience of an otherwise impeccable establishment.
I will most likely return for the food and the Atmosphere, But I will make sure to order from an older gentleman waiter instead of this young...
Read moreCause i cant replay i ( i would say to him gentelmen but i cant) i have to repley first of all he lied about my age, i have 33 not 37, second i ordered his order in 8:07, cause i open in 8 and i had to spend a few minutes in concluding what he wants, cause himself didnt know that so you can imagine what i can know that. So as the pictures show you can imagine his truth at the end it was not 8:15 and the famous caffe break ( who would tought that) . Than he waved with 10 euros how he usually tips like that but he dont want to tip me ( i dont know what opinion he has about himself about me i can imagine ) so i told him that i dont need his tip , its his free will and that i will ern it from another guesst, but he heard something other and interpreted that like the caffe break pause that we concluded didnt happened. And even if he wanted he can return and can be served but sure from...
Read moreThe room is so close to the open air downstairs resturant that even with the doors and windows closed you can actually hear the clink of the spoon as people stir their coffe- Broken sink faucet that when I notified management "yes, we know'. Well, why not fix it?Same issue with bed reading lights. Could not find the switch - mentioned to management 'oh yes. Most have a problem finding the switch - it's behind the nightstand'. Why not put a little sign? Otherwise it was like a prison cell with one light in your eyes. No duvet covers, just blankets that who knows when they were washed. Breakfast was an overcooked omlet with stale bread- no butter, no jam, nothing. And even with the room key on the table they presented a bill- but then after a short discussion fixed that. Just sloppy- the whole thing- the lack of maintainence, the lack of concern for the...
