I have been to this place before, with my non-Moroccan boss and friends, and have been treated better than when I went there with Moroccan friends. These people disrespect their Moroccan clients. I went there for brunch with friends and, other than not being served, we were served wrong items time and again, or not served the things comprised in our breakfast formula. My friend asked for sunny-side up eggs on a toast, but she gets served scrambled eggs. They waiter suggests to substitute the pastries (which they had ran out of) with a piece of cake, but then comes back with a basket of bread instead, put it on the table without a single word. I ordered Parisian breakfast but all I got was bread, olive oil, cheese and a dirty (literally sticky, previously used) little jam container thingy that I had to throw away without making a scene. I was expecting the cake but it was never served. So, I asked kindly if he is bringing the cake, the waiter ROLLS HIS EYES and says « I have told you that we have ran out of cake, and by I only wanted to do you a favor by serving you that Parisian breakfast Al thought we’d ran out of pastries and cake. » I told him that he did not communicate that to me beforehand so I could change my order. He does not apologize and goes back inside, then he comes back and says « only pay for your café and juice, we will cancel the bread and spreads. » I was super bothered by his attitude above all else, so entitled and unapologetic. I decide to let it go. He comes back, serves me a small Paris Brest says « have this. It’s on the house » and he leaves the table. I let go, my friend gets the check, he takes it and returns the wrong change, because he decided to tip himself 20 dhs (ps: it was not included in the bill. In Morocco, we decide how much to tip and whether we want to or not, unlike in the USA for example.) My friends decided not to talk to him about it, and just leave and never come back. I sincerely do not recommend this place for locals who have the smallest bit of self respect. They only want foreigners in the house, although the food is nowhere beyond OK. I have had tastier food, friendlier service in the neighboring...
Read moreThe Service was great, everything was on point and delicious from the entrée to the desert. Firstly their entrées, If chose so to eat a salad of any kind your whole view of what the description of a salad is i myself hardly ever eat it because im not fond of vegetables but i highly recommend any of them give them a try secondly the main course i chose to the black burger visually stunning over a regular burger but with the same or so taste because on the black burger i could taste a certain sweetness within the bun otherwise it's perfect the juicy meat, molten cheddar cheese it's perfect! and for the end the desert the chocolate fondue and vanilla icecream when you order this dish try to combine the fondue with the icecream because the fondue itself has a strong taste and the icream has a creamy gentle one if that is not to your liking you can eat them individually and there is a handful of brown sugar on top of the icecream that gives it a sweet crunch. i highly recommend this restaurant to anyone it should honestly have a 5 star rating but with sucess comes hate so it's only natural 😂 drop...
