After months of taking My son there and ordering delivery I spent thousands at franks Never again. Last night My son was disappointed. They never acknowledged him after an hour. I went and requested that a server come and take his order, The staff giggled like little children. the time before that we went for Take out and they did not put napkins nor gloves, and when I took napkins, the chubby server dude became aggressive agitated and annoyed. It's almost as if they are resenting us for visiting the establishment As many times as we did.

Horrible horrible service. The employees treat the restaurant like it's their own personal home and not a business. The owner needs to be involved.

after spending thousands and thousands of local money there. I am discussed, by the behavior of the servers waiting over an hour to have our order taken. One time I went for take out. And they did not put gloves or napkins. So I went and took my own gloves and napkins. And they began to say bad words against my son and i, in their local language, I understand they don't know, that i understand what they were saying. I am disappointed.
