We came here last year July time (2 weeks) and had a very pleasant experience as the service from one of the waitresses (I didn’t get her name) was very good as she was friendly and gave us our food promptly. She also told us stories about herself and her experience growing up in Morocco and was overall very kind and welcoming.
We got shawarma wraps (good quality chicken and sauce) and also the plate of shawarma chicken with a little salad, fries and some salad but this wasn’t worth it as there wasn’t actually much chicken.
Make sure to get the Hawai drink as it is very nice.
This time we went (September 12th till September 26), I did not have a good experience.
I asked for which direction the Kabah was (to pray) and the waitress and the chef were very rude about this. She first asked the chef if he understood and they both started laughing at us after we asked this.
They exchanged some comments between themselves that we could not understand (in Arabic) and kept looking over at our table and smirking.
This ruined the entire eating experience for us as it was a simple request.
This time as well the service was slow and the food did not taste good or fresh.
They also took a very long time to give us the check so that we could pay, even after seeing clearly that we were finished with our meal.
This is why the review has gone down from a 5 star (what I was going to originally put)...

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆
Review:
My recent visit to Shawarma House was an absolute nightmare and one that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. The chicken I ordered was severely undercooked, leaving me with a severe case of food poisoning that lasted for over a week and a half. It was a miracle that I didn't end up hospitalized, but the physical toll it took on my body was undeniable.
It's disheartening to see how much this place has gone downhill over the past two years. Not only was the food dangerously undercooked, but the overall quality has noticeably declined. This once-beloved restaurant has become a shadow of its former self, failing to maintain the standards that made it a popular choice in the past.
To make matters worse, it seems that the friendliest staff members, who were the heart and soul of Shawarma House, have vanished. The warm and welcoming atmosphere I used to enjoy is nowhere to be found. The lack of familiar faces only adds to the disappointment and reinforces the feeling that this establishment has lost its way.
I strongly advise against visiting Shawarma House in its current state. The risk of encountering undercooked food and suffering the consequences is simply not worth it. Save yourself the trouble and seek out a different dining option where you can enjoy a safe and...

In a country that lacks our health and hygiene standards, it's sometimes hard to find decent places to eat that you know have a decent level of hygiene and care when it comes to their food. This place serves delicious food exactly how you'd want it if you went to eat out in a decent Turkish or Greek kebab shop in the UK.
The Lamb shish dish and the Chicken doner dish I tried on my 2 visits, were both fresh, well cooked, lightly seasoned, and well presented with fresh salad.
I wish they opened one up...
