We have visited your restaurant four times, and while the food and atmosphere are commendable, the service from your staff is unacceptable. With the exception of one waiter, the rest of the team—including the gentleman in the black suit (the supervisor)—lack the professionalism and humility expected in an establishment of your caliber.
Your clientele is not ordinary, and this level of poor service is both disappointing and unjustifiable. Immediate and comprehensive training is necessary to bring your team’s attitude and customer interaction skills up to standard.

Me and my son arrived at 1137 (as the hours on Google said that it was open at 11) which I know is a little bit early for Morocco, but we were hungry!
