This is probably one of the worst customer experiences I've had so far. I still can't understand how a restaurant would employ staff who clearly hate being there. The waiter was cold, never smiled, and her attitude could easily be interpreted as rudeness. I've been there many times, but the attitude has always been the same. The last time, I was served a chicken burger with undercooked chicken it was visibly raw. After the first bite, I was sure it wasn't cooked properly. I called the waiter to show her, and she took it back, only to return and insist that it was cooked, even claiming she ate it herself to confirm. But what about my experience? What about the uncooked chicken I had to taste? She kept insisting it was fine, even though it clearly wasn't, and eventually offered to bring me something else instead of the meal I had initially wanted. I'm never eating there again, even though the burgers are good. The staff should be chosen more wisely because they can drive customers...

have to say it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. The staff was inattentive, unwelcoming, and seemed completely disinterested in providing even basic courtesy.

TASTY food 🍔 (chicken burger, mozzarella sticks & buffalo wings are my favorite!)😋,trendy interior decor, helpful and kind personnel, hip-hop style of music which perfectly fits with the place’s ambiance.

I’ve been online-ordering from this place way before they opened in Al-Mahaj, and i congratulate them for maintaining the food quality & tastiness which add up to the great service!

You can get delivered by directly calling the store, but since it has opened, i prefer picking up my orders as i get to enjoy...
