We recently went to this restaurant for dinner after seeing the good reviews. The restaurant was busy but not full. We were family of 6, with two children. They sat us at a table with dirty table clothes. Did not even bother to put a new table clothes over it. We ordered a paella first since it takes time to make and waited on other family members to place more order. Even when they brought out the breads for the table, they serve didn’t give us our tableware! When we asked for it, we were told they will give that after we placed they order. Really?!!! We are already here, sat down, placed one of the order and you still don’t give us the tableware? What kind of bloody service is that?! That’s a first!

So we placed the rest of the order. And still full tableware wasn’t given to us, just plates and flatware, was still missing the napkin even after we received our food!! What are we supposed to use to wipe our face or hand with?! Like do they have no common sense? I am not sure if this was own by Muslim owner, whether they were Muslim or not. They seem more attentive to other customers in the restaurant than to us.

They allow indoor smoking and people were smoking all around us to a point it was becoming very uncomfortable and unhealthy for the children and us adult. We are non-smokers, and even I was having hard time breathing due to it.

We asked to be moved to a corner table due to how it became unbearable for us and unhealthy for the children and two of the men who work there were saying it’s the same in the corner too and that’s allowed smoking in the restaurant.

One of the men went and smoke to someone at one of the table, thought they were telling them something to lower the smoking, but nope! They just went on their way, completely ignoring our request to be moved to the cornered table. At this moment I started to became irritated and my chest became heavy from inhaling the smoke, making it difficult for me to breathe. Imagine how awful it was for the children?

We brought with the person who was serving us again. And finally he allowed it, didn’t seem pleased. We even helped him to move the things from one table to another.

The food itself was good. We had paella and pizza. And they had good taste and flavor.

But the service definitely left a bad taste! After we paid our bills we were told that tips we not included. I felt like saying what should we tip for? Bad service?!!

The definitely weren’t deserving of it but we felt bad to leave without tipping so we did tip them and left.
