I had a disappointing experience here yesterday (06 / 09 / 2025 around 11 pm ) . The restaurant has two floors, and I went upstairs to sit. A waiter told me the second floor was closing, even though there was people still eating there and the restaurant itself stays open until 2 AM. Si pudiera darle 10 estrellas, lo haría sin pensarlo. El Rincón del Sabor no es solo un café o restaurante… es una experiencia que acaricia todos los sentidos. Desde que entras, te envuelve un ambiente acogedor, con música suave, aromas deliciosos y una decoración que combina lo moderno con lo rústico de una forma simplemente perfecta.

El servicio es impecable. El personal no solo es atento y rápido, sino que además te hace sentir como en casa. Siempre con una sonrisa, recomendándote platos y preguntando si todo está a tu gusto (¡y vaya que lo está!).

La comida es de otro nivel. Cada plato parece salido de una revista gourmet. Probé el risotto de setas, el café de autor y una tarta de queso casera, y puedo decir sin exagerar que son de los mejores sabores que he probado en mucho tiempo. Se nota que aquí cocinan con amor, dedicación y productos de calidad.

El café... ¡madre mía! Si eres amante del buen café, este lugar es un paraíso. Preparaciones artesanales, latte art hermoso, y un sabor profundo, aromático y perfectamente equilibrado.
