I recently dined at Omega 3, and it was a fantastic experience. The fish was simply amazing – fresh, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. Whether grilled or fried, the texture was spot-on, and the seasoning complemented the natural taste of the fish without overpowering it. It was easily one of the best fish dishes I've had in a while.

The soup was equally impressive. Rich, hearty, and well-seasoned, it had a depth of flavor that felt comforting and satisfying. The combination of fresh ingredients and expert preparation really made it stand out. They also didn't hold back on the fish and portion.

The service is nothing special, the restaurant itself seems neat. However the bathrooms should get more attention. But let's talk about the food, the most important part. The first time we visited this restaurant we ordered a plate of fried fish, which was very nice especially the calamaris! They were so crispy and fresh, usually the calamaris at other restaurants are too chewy an not crispy at all. But here they were great. The other fried fish were delicious as well. The second time around we ordered codfish and a salad, unfortunately that was a mistake. The codfish was still a bit raw. The salad was okay, the proportions are huge but the flavour is lacking. Moreover, the service fell short of expectations when our server brought us an incorrect order, which disrupted the overall dining experience. The crowded atmosphere also detracted from the ability to enjoy a peaceful meal.
