Hello all, I was incredibly shocked after having seen the positive feedbacks from previois customers. Omce there, it was a real bad experience for what we habe ordered. The main Fish dish was smelling bad nd tasing worse. My kids did not lile the food at all and so I was. The salad ordered as entrance was very poor and expensive. A regamonté, which ordered for my self was tasting bad. Another dish of calamar full of oil and small quantity for the price paid. Generally, all the served fish was not fresh. Additionnally, a bottle of 75cl costed 25dhs.

Une belle découverte culinaire au restaurant

Dès l’entrée, l’ambiance séduit : un espace accueillant, lumineux, au design harmonieux, avec en prime une jolie vitrine de poissons qui met immédiatement en appétit.

Nous avons commencé la dégustation par une assiette d’anchois accompagnés de lentilles. Un mariage surprenant et raffiné, parfaitement exécuté. Un petit bémol toutefois : une pointe de sel en moins aurait permis d’atteindre la perfection.

La suite s’est présentée sous la forme d’un assortiment de tapas, offrant un équilibre agréable entre chaud et froid. Les produits sont manifestement frais et de qualité, même si les sauces gagneraient à être légèrement retravaillées pour apporter encore plus de relief aux plats.

La friture mixte mérite également une mention spéciale : légère, bien maîtrisée, mettant en valeur un poisson frais et assaisonné comme il se doit. Quant à l’espadon, sa cuisson était irréprochable et sa saveur délicatement préservée.

Le service, assuré par Otmane, a grandement contribué à rendre l’expérience encore plus agréable. Gentil, souriant, attentif et professionnel, il a su être présent sans être envahissant. Nous le remercions chaleureusement, ainsi que toute l’équipe, pour leur accueil. Un geste particulièrement apprécié : avoir accepté que nous apportions des tacos pour nos enfants, qui n’avaient pas envie de poisson. Une délicate attention qui fait toute la différence.
